Right of withdrawal
The legal right of withdrawal or termination, which all customers can exercise when entering into a distance selling contract, stating that the contract can be revoked or terminated within 14 days from the receipt of the products without specifying reasons or incurring additional costs, does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.
The products ordered on this website are individually designed by the customer, so they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. The following products offered on our website, which cannot be individually customized, are exempt:

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the order without specifying reasons for this product. If the last day of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the next working day will be considered the last day of the withdrawal period. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for the above-mentioned product, please write a letter to the following address or use the contact page, providing your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, and the products to be returned:

Upon receiving your request, we will contact you and inform you whether the right of withdrawal applies in your case and for the relevant products. Our communication will also include instructions for returning the products. Please note that the choice of delivery method and transportation provider is at your discretion. You bear the risk and cost of any return. Once we receive the undamaged products in their original packaging, the operator of this site will refund you the purchase price of the returned products within 30 days from the exercise of your right, minus the original delivery fees and the return delivery fees.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract, refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
