Shipping policy

Your orders are shipped via DHL / Deutsche Post. Upon receipt of the order and successful payment, everything is prepared for shipment. Depending on the time of the order, the goods will be handed over to the logistics partner either on the same day or the following business day. The delivery time for orders within Germany can take 3–5 working days, although typically it is 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once the goods have been shipped.

All information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery dates of a product is indicative and not binding.

• Shipping (postage & packaging) within Germany for standard shipping per order is free of charge.
• The shipping costs to Austria are €0.70 per order.
• The shipping costs (postage & packaging) to other EU member states than Germany are €0.70.
• For deliveries within Europe to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are to be borne by the customer.
